Goals as Coach

My primary goal is to create a safe, comfortable and fun environment to make each one of my players a better person on and off the ice. Win or lose, it’s all about getting better and having a good time doing it. My secondary goal is to add the feeling of success to that environment. Through leadership and strategy I aim to create a winning squad. I measure our success by our players’ development. We measure player development by further understanding the intricacies of the game of hockey and applying them in contribution to the team. Above all, I WILL TEACH THE IMPORTANCE OF TEAM. Individuality is non-existent in a winning hockey program. Anything I do in regards to hockey is with intentions of making the team better, and I expect the same attitude from my players, parents, and the organization.
